I only read a few chapters so I didn't find who the caller was 😂 but I did find some spoilers regarding America:

The MC will get into trouble and since he's a foreigner (he's a American citizen), his parents will want him back in America for a beating.

The piece of s*t— I mean the intern from MC's company, the ML's former classmate, the guy in this chapter — invited the ML into their reunion. The worried MC secretly followed him. As expected, the classmates bullied the ML again during the gathering. When ML went out, the MC went in and heard the intern talking s*t about the ML. So he confronted him, they argued, and MC beat him up. MC refused to apologize and settle. Then MC's mom found out and ordered him to go back to America. 18-19 hours before his flight, he told ML that he is going to the US. ML got sad, sulky and hide (locked) himself in the room. While MC was trying to pacify him and get him to come out, he asked ML to date so they officially became a couple but LDR. But MC promised he'll come back soon and he can just work from home. So MC really did go back to the US and IDK what happened next 😂
