@Reader restaurants open at 7 or 6 while employees come in at 5 to prepare kitchen. If you want recomendation then I prefer : bread without butter, with meat in middle and cheese on top and heat it in microwave for 40-60s on max setting ( definitley not microwave that open metal cans with beans when heated on max in minute)
