So have they explain why he is so much stronger then any otcher demon king even at the start he could easily overwhelm a 10 star with magic and power

@Dark Crystalz Plus being a regressor is (usually) a cheat, and he's probably still getting resentment-demon points from spirit princess' kingdom. And probably a few from other places here and there.
@Gold crown also his demonic lineage - black demonic dragon or dragon blood (it's supposedly one of the top 3)
@Gold crown I think it's because most Demon Kings find it hard to grow after their arrival. Their main focus is on recovering their original power.
@RecklessSavage While MC's main focus is setting things up so he doesn't die again. Which is giving him power that the tower doesn't necessarily recognize.
