There are several pages missing here. One of the pages shows Hugo touching Isagi's back, essentially telling him that destiny comes down to your suitability. That physical atribuites were destined from birth, with there being nothing one can do about that. And that people aren't equal. (This page goes after Isagi realizes that the France team acts like a security camera).
There is also another page missing where Hugo goes over to Isagi and tells him that people keep chasing dreams that won't come true, and that it creates pointless conflict and despair. What Hugo tries to tell Isagi is that one should dream what's possible for them, and to not dream of something that goes beyond themselves. (This page goes after the one where it shows Chigiri and Bachira struggling against the people who are man marking them. Or, in simpler terms, it goes before the "flying lion" page.).
There is yet another page missing from this chapter. It's a close up of Hugo telling Isagi that, ... "Suitable destiny theory". Then, with Isagi's metavision eyes, he tells Hugo, "Yeah?" "So what?". (This page goes after the "flying lion" page.) Hopefully this helps others!
