I hate to be the one to say it, but if any of you read this instead of looking at the huge t*s, then you would know that his condition of seeing everyone as pigs is a mental issue he has had been diagnosed with in the first chapter. Something similar to psychosis that causes him to see hallucinations of everyone looking like a pig of some sort.
