So she actually adores our female lead or rather the original Agnes, because there was some situation when they were younger and OG Agnes stood up for her so ever since then she had like a girl crush on OG Agnes, if I remember right, and she wanted Agnes to stop pursuing Raymond, because she didn't want to see her get hurt.

Later in the story Agnes will find brown-haired girl's secret out: she actually turns into a man on full moon and she had this condition since a very long time. People thought she had a hidden brother but turns out she is the hidden brother herself. It was a very chaotic situation, brown haired girl suddenly ran to her room and Agnes followed her, but then Agnes saw her transform into a dude and I think brown haired girl was very embarrassed, but yeah. I can't remember whether they went into more detail why she has this condition or why it would be relevant for the story but yeah, it was a pretty random plot twist in my opinion.
