yeah, now I'm sure of it, the numbers don't add up. He started with 1.4m spent 200k (though probably more, afterwards claming he had a mil left, but sure we can assume 1.2), then spent 443k + 500k + 20k with the old nemesis. Now a few hundred thousand (he said) on this 7 days, not sure if that is apart from the 100k he mentioned in the previous chapter. So 200k + 443k+ 500k + 20k + 300k = 1.46m (which might add up? without taking into account the assumed spending after the 200k or on this trip which would put him into the negative. Unless we assume he had prior money that he is spending, I guess?) isn't he supposed to be buying supplies for going back? Not sure how he does that with a negative balance though...

the first 200k was probably a typo. it was mainly clothes (even if designer), so maybe it was 20K. but these stories also flub the numbers often so who knows
