Guys, I have tea to spill... so today I was out with my cat, simply walking... ahead of us was a couple, and I overheard their convo... idk much but the girl said something like "I don't love myself, I hate this body, when I was like 9 I was badly touched" and went into details about a guy much older than her took advantage of her naivety and touched her and rubbed his thing on her and pictures and stuff... and the guy was like, "Honey, that thing was years ago. You are like 20 something... I get your pain, but just move on... like shift+delete... grow up.. even people who are raped move on, you were just touched, " and I was like, what in the walking red flag? Idk it just offended me a lot... and the girl just got quiet... I feel bad for her...

@Stray cat Both are faulty/immature.

The girl strongly ought to consult instead of "plaguing" her surroundings. Not just to "avoid disturbance" but rather because health-wise nothing beats the medical expertise. The longer the delay, the more messed her mental. Time can't heal everything (e.g.: PTSD).

The dude should stop playing "grown up" because "like shift+delete" show both about how much he's ignorant and how much he's stupidly hanging on some make-believe attitude to affirm his "manliness" -- toward a girl at that... pepe sticker

@Stray cat you can't just move on from something that traumatising like it sticks with you for life. I would've gotten pißsed asf if I was her but then again, because she was taken advantage of she surrounds herself with toxic people because that's all she knows
