@s I think its because the size of Hibiki's body. You can see after he turned into a girl that his t-shirt was like a dress or when the owner lifted him up, the owners hands were bigger than Hibiki's waist.
Not that Hibiki was tall to begin with, but I think its normal to see yourself as weak comparing to other guys when your body got that small?!
At least that was the vibe I got, since Hibiki always had a bigger body.
