@WD yes and no, legally you could say yes, we are all bound by the same laws (depending of which country). Morally no, we as individuals are the ones that grant value to human lifes, our loved ones are always gonna be worth more than strangers, to a doctor the life of a 5 year old would be worth more than one of 80 years old, one child's life is worth more than 10 child lovers lifes, and there's a reason why many people says grapists and murderers should be used as test subjects instead of animals. There is also worth of a life based on money, for those who think law does not bind us all equally, sorry to tell you but it does, it's the ones enforcing the law that are giving more value to the lifes of those who gives them more money, the law has not changed at any point. Justice is not the same for everyone but the laws are, the problem are the people not making right use of them so there's no equal justice for us all, but the laws remain the same.
There are all kinds of humans and we all think the ones we hate are less worthy, no matter why you think they are worth less, so... In the eyes of the law yes, we are all equals but morally speaking no cause we are the ones that grant human lifes worth, some are more worthy than others, and some have no worth at all depending on who values them. One man's trash is another man's treasure they say, the life you may think has no worth to me could have more worth than the whole world so there is no definite answer about the real worth human lifes.
