thats just a stereotype for no reason, literally like 10% of this worlds most used inventions came from the USA

(I would say most but im too lazy to do research on it rn, plus 10% is a good guess, and besides, how do we invent such great machinary like planes (f22, f35, b16, b24), tanks, computers, the best particle accelerators, etc etc)

let me clarify this USA claims that they have done 10% of world invention but it's not true. Because USA was nothing but a cattle field, British came and invasion happen then most of the inventions was done by Europe at the time. Karl Benz made automobiles, Albert Einstein was freaking German, gunpowder which they use regular was invented on china and the the rest of items like advance machinery, war heads and large buildings were created by immigrants from different countries. Americans themselves are dumb and foolish but they're rich except they look rich cause they alway have loans and insurance to fill up.

Think about it the u.s brought the world many things: dental floss and popularizing tooth brushes.

Planes.

Chemotherapy.

Hearing aids.

Both the internet AND the computer.

Heart defibulators.

Standardized military firearms.

Lightbulbs for everyday use.

Standard online ordering+delivery.

@Armageddon The very first chemotherapy, id est its invention, is french (came from studying the after of mustard gas during WWI, then was turned into the first treatment against leukemia).

Planes are also french and a bit british, just a matter of days separate the first takes-off.

Internet's protocole are more than half-based on the Minitel (France) and the Minitel was the very first civilian widely interconnected network of networks.

The very first electrical programable computer was spanish but same as phone (italian invention), a guy from USA just bought the inventory patent, topping it with expoitation patent. Is all there is.

Lightbulb is bristish -- Thomas Edison just registered patents but the very invention of lightbulb come from 18th century to say the least.

To sum up, only transistor-with hearing aids as well the online "World Wide Waiters" were invented by USA -- but don't forget all the traditional food delivery from waaaayyyyy before (pizzas in Italy, lunch boxes in India, etc) as well the french 19th century's (Galerie Lafayette, Bon Marché, etc) department stores (be the "you buy here, we deliver at your home" or the first world wide remote command system through catalogs ordering).
