@Inaho oh fu**, I didn't read the last panel when I replied lmao. Most likely that teach is xebec's son and maybe buggy was a son of a celestial dragon that was also a prize i think?
@Léonie Le putois This also might be why Buggy was so obsessed with the Davey Jones treasure. Remeber Buggy was talking about it being his dream when he was on the Roger crew with Shanks and Buggy also made a deal with Luffy for the map to Davy Jones treasure.
