His healed eyes became a powerful amulet, I guess . They called them wedjat as the symbol of Oder ( Ma'at) or Eye of Horus . Then they had a battle where Seth accused Horus of crimes and Horus accused Seth of Murder . But since , Seth had histories of crime . Horus was chosen as the King and Seth was punished , sparing him from death . As for Seth and Nephthys , don't remember properly but Anubis becames one if the most important gods in the Egyptian mythology
