I think those are something called breeches, a type of pants worn in the early to mid 1700s.(this is when men wore wigs and heels btw, French revolution noble vibes..)
Last chapter he also had the iconic white stockings so I think it lines up. All he needs is a white powder wig and some cute heels with bow all over them and the look is complete!!
