I feel like what we have been reading is from the past and its from the fl POV. In present time I think Siyun dies or gets sent to the mental hospital and the fl is telling her story to a police officer or smth.

@WWH bro it's been like that from beginning right like she's telling her story.... Now it makes sense..... But you can also see his point of view tooo but ur thinking is fair enough that author might go to that extent afterall he started lucid dreaming again cause in previous chapter that idol have injury all over even though he haven't stepped out of his room...... Idk who to support he's getting possessive day by day ..... And it doesn't look romantic at all
