@Vrrr i think it is permanent when omega marks alpha but not when alpha mark omega well i am not to sure bu this is how it is in "kiss me liar"

@blfairy But in others it's just the opposite like an alpha can have too many omegas but an omega can only be with his/her alpha who marked then, I think it depends upon the author
