Ah the translation is confusing about genders and the art doesn't make it any better, I can't tell the gender of anyone else other that the kids the mc and the og ml's father

I agree it is extremely confusing but still a good story I read it even though I get extremely mind boggled
That's my issue with this right now. I have a hard time following the story or take a certain scene seriously since I spent more times trying to understand the words than what's actually happening on each panel.
