We get a glimpse of our large nosed king, who has come to bid our heros a safe journey. He speaks very few words to young prince Dewey, however his eldest son can sense a change in his father, however he keeps this to himself. We don't get to witness much of the festivities, however we do see our siblings sharing a wine, saved by prince Dewey's late mother.
