He said he was shocked bcs he was hurt before when he still likes his Sunbae and Section Kim is part of it bcs that's when Seunghyun realized that he can never be in a relationship with his crush, like he thought his Sunbae is really happy with his partner which is Jongchan, and now that person involved is seeing him. I think he might've just need time to wrap his head around about what he just found out but Section Kim misunderstood him partly because as what Seunghyun said, he doesn't know how to properly express himself.
