There is a reason works are meant for 18+. Just because you enjoyed one or multiple works doesn't mean all of them are safe to read. I learned this the painfully hard way with a story I dare not name.
Being familiar with scat, though not from manga, while it is disturbing, because of the context of the story I first read it in, I can understand why it is part of the story. I do agree as a fetish, it is quite disturbing, but unfortunately, I've seen worse (and no, I'm not going to elaborate).
