Mmmm fishussy. The fact that your line of reasoning is that because she is a cute girl he is obligated to help her makes me sick. So impatient, have you ever heard of character development? I think the author made it extremely clear that the MC is/was a terrible husband and father as well as being a ruthless ceo. If he just magically became a good little boy, the story would be awful. Simps like you belong on the cross.
Bro she is nice and stuff but us a pain in the back. My guy has barely had any room to think, and with her ability he gets hurt a lot! If I was him I would be thinking on how to use her to my advantage.
