@Chicen The child is 16, unless they're in a place where that's illegal, there is no issue.
The place is not specified, only problem would be if it's in South Korea, Mexico, Ireland, Cyprus, India, Vietnam, Turkey, Uganda, Argentina, Chile, Guatemala, Iraq, Lebanon, Egypt, Napal, Bahrain.
And the uncle could be wrong or right idk but, chapter 1 it said he's 16
