There are a lot for page reades, list mades, comments, reviews atc, the Military Grades are the time you where registerd to the site, those cannot be speed up, Commander is two years, General three.

@Night_lover It's based on your "level", it increase with you doing things on the site like readinf works\chapters, commenting, leaving reviews and so on, it's probably one og the logest one to level asife your military grade (time passed from you joining the site).
