This lowkey feels like pure orientalism, just larping and throwing together random pieces of different cultures without understanding what they actually mean and using stereotypes just to make the story more intresting... aaand the protagonists are conventionally attractive. Sigh. (btw look at mc's feet he has claws instead of nails lol)
