Let's be real, the first Heavenly Demon is INCOMPARABLY stronger than the second. The first was purely his own talent, but the current is strong because of nano. Can't wait for that manhwa to come back.

In another timeline he became the strongest on his own
Saber god and co. disrupted the time line and made sure he dies in 2nd timeline
Mc's descendants created 3rd timeline and gave him nano, for both protection and to copy his knowledge on martial arts and strength
If he could become strongest once,he could become strongest any other time, so it's easy to copy his talent too
