This last part is the adapter's clumsy attempt to fix the mess they made when they shoehorned an object—the Tremule—into the story just for the sake of fanservice. Because in the original novel, this *endless string of profanities* of a watch doesn't even exist. Therefore, the adapter tried to revert Yoon Seo’s psychological and emotional state to actually match that of the webnovel's Yoon Seo, who still has a suicidal mindset.
