Those are countries who used terrorists and subversive forces to destabilize his home nation. So he's wiping out the problem.

@Tempest Are you new to manhuas? The end goal of all these chinese series tend to be "china supresses all foreign nations". Even series that start off simple in a small fantasy town end up being a small fantasy town in China from which the mc starts off to then supress other nations. This is likely due to how media is controlled in china and how artists are persecuted for certain anti china content so they've drifted to always making pro china content.
