@carrymeouttt A Knot is when the base of an Alpha's pe*** (or in a female's case: engorged cl******) swells and locks in an omega's uterus. Basically, when they're about to c**, blood flows to the base to lock them in and they're stuck until the blood moves on or they're completely finished.
