Ok so what is happening is that there was a timeskip Wol ate all the snakes, and like taking in it's venom Wol slowly took the snakes features such has it's pigmentation and eyes and natrual eye makeup, and fingers. Snakes are not that nutrtional so he lost muscle over time giving him the slender body and much rapanzel like hair, he snuck into a brothel and got three days of rest (and s**) and food and recovered, he wore female clothing as it's the only thing fitting his current very slender and feminine body.

Snakes are androgonous and it's really hard to identify female from male unless they are bare and you can see their genatles or few other hints so the mc has a result also grows the androgonous body. He soon got his lunch and went off for his revenge
