So... My assumption is, that bronze mirror who doesn't reflect anything suddenly reflected Osiris which actually a trap set up by Osiris himself to make Seth fall in love with him. But it just so happened that Nephthys saw Osiris's face, and then the part where she loved Seth truthfully becomes trapped inside the mirror, leaving the fake Nephthys who loved Osiris instead. And then boom! Nephthys pregnant, have son named Anubis that Seth thought it was his son but he didn't.

@Lilac ohh that makes sense. But what if the Nephyths we saw with Seth now is actually disguised Osiris?????
@Kuroos_tiddies_lover It's too early for me to say that wouldn't be the case but as far as the chapter goes by now, I think it is safe to say the one with Seth (in this chapter alone) is the actual Nephthys. And the one that is outside of the confined mirror is the other Nephthys that loved Osiris and they had a child (Anubis) which becomes the reason why Osiris can use Anubis as his minion. Remember when Osiris command Anubis to bring Seth to the underworld (sort of)? That might've been the sole purpose why Anubis is born. Green dude Osiris has been obsessed with Seth and would do anything to get him back. The malice from his face alone in this chapter shown that "the gift to share with his siblings" must've been a trap for Seth.
