i didnt read the novel. But u can check the korean side of twitter for the spoiler and controversial about this novel.
korean readers are trying to get it cancelled bcuz of the nth room or something .

Spoiler text. from the spoilers it was said that while raping ml ,mc told him that this is not the first time i am doing but you are first man. The author implied abt ra** and s** tape of other victims of mc which were girls. There is no explicit scenes of it in novel.And so this s** of others become controversial which is connected to nth room.
and mc and ml's relationship has only upgraded to master and pet now
