@Noona so in novel...when taekjoo woke up from his sleep after zhenya tortured him, he would first go to the bathroom as in the manga and there's a lot of events happen there and it's explained so well in the novel .like how he find out only towels are there in the bathroom and how he tied everything together and make it hook on that window...and he also tried and another way to escape in that bathroom...I am not sure but it's something like that he starts to hurt the wall with something hoping he could make a hole or something..but he failed and due to the sound zhenya came into the bathroom....and also when zhenya left the house on his helicopter...teakjoo roamed around the island first and he finds the sea ..then he went back to the house and search for something and found the boat ..like he was planning on making one if he didn't find any ...and yeah he failed ...but in manga his struggle to escape is not depicted well but in novel he really struggle to survive the waves to move forward but he couldn't keep up with it and drowned ..and when zhenya found him as in manga , he literally lifted up taekjoo and carry him on his back to the apartment...he was somewhat a little softer to taekjoo in the novel than he in the manga when he put him down in the bathtub...he soaked teakjoo in hot water first and then went out....
