@PotatoTheThird I guess is not literally the ancestor is more like a deidity that grand they his blood or blessing and created the royal family

@PotatoTheThird I think by ancestor they mean that, he was the one who established the kingdom and ruled for some time but, as he isn't able to conceive the child, he adopted a kid and named him his heir, like made up a story of the kid being from secret lover or something, and after that I think he slept for some centuries or something and woke up for some reason and now he is being regent emperor until he comes of age. Cause he himself said that no one is gonna suspect him of being the actual dragon just cause he has more power, but in reality he IS THE dragon.
This is just my opinion but I think this makes sense 🤔
