How did this school came to be if headmaster doesn't know all the place

@Book its simple. Einrogurad itself is an ancient mystarious place that even gonadaltes couldnt take over completely. He only had a partial control over it and setted up the current academy. After that many more mages came to einroguard and did various researches in which most of them failed. And those failed ones did a chain reaction and got mixed with einrouguards own mystarious force resulting in creating a phenemona even gonadaltes cant completely take over. Thats why there are a lot of places like this exists. Also another reason is that gonadaltes likes teasing the students so if he finds something like this, he just let it stay so that the students can suffer
