So basically he switched bodies with
child mo ran and lived through mo ran's childhood. (They skipped by it so quickly) and one day he went back to his normal body and then met mo ran but he was stronger. Now he cant find mo ran. Oh and the mcs also sick and was since he was a child resulting in him not being powerful hes envious of mo ran because mo ran is healthy
