For the people who don't understand what is going on 
•Lee Yoon woo (the blue haired omega) and choi tae gyoem (alpha who walked in) haven't seen each other for 5 years 
• the reason they have been apart for so long is because Yoon woo didn't want tae-gyeom hating him because he was an omega
•to find an excuse for avoiding tae-gyeom Yoon woo enlisted into the army
•tae-gyeom is upset because Yoon woo didn't even tell him that he had enlisted and left him without a bye
