Some of you guys don't really understand, Rose clearly gaslighted and guilt trip Lily basically trapping Lily. When Rose has told Lily about Anna running away, she took that situation to her advantage and played as White Knight. Rose doesn't love Lily, she just wants her because she knows Anna and her have feelings for one another. Yes, some of Lily actions cannot go justified but you guys got to remember Rose is the one behind all of this.
