look my brain is probably messed up but is it just me who keeps wondering why some people put question marks after like an exclamation or just a statement?? cuz it makes no sense to me. i've thought that these people might speak another language or something and english is not their first language but please correct me if im wrong

@wolfgus33 putting a question mark after exclamation is something like, I guess screaming/yelling out something that's a question. An example could be like "How could you do this to me?!", I guess it shows a tone of anger in a way.

@Mika sorry i was unclear but like they put a question mark after exclaming something without an exclamation mark, for example- "I can't believe they got together at last?" hope that makes more sense. -also i'm not trying to be rude i'm just clarifying
