Ngl I think it's because his mother might've abused him when he was younger making him fear mature young women 🤔
(As we know how he was forcefully grabbed by his mother's guard in that one memory and yk, that reaction to the sister that might've acted too brutal for him.)

@Nope he was autistic and didn't like being touched but he had a childlike mind so he could deal with young girls who had the same mental age as him.
