@thebaguettelord Depends the output power.

Usual (= in-store available) laser pointers are deemed harmless but the more poerful the output, the greater the risk to harm the eyes (be it immediate/accute damage such as retina burning, or more long-termed harms such as opacifying the crystalline/eye lens).

@Ryip what he said is true, but its better to not look one in the eye unless its by accident, and dont look at it for too long
