They kissed at his old room few chapters ago,how could he forget. Maybe translation is incorrect

@surbhi No. The whole sequence of taejin sleeping in his house and doing it truly happened, it is not a dream but we did not get kissing panel in that chapter. He dreamt of that event which include them kissing hence him wondering whether they kiss or not irl and being confused about which part is real.
