Everyone has their opinion and this is mine. I blame Jihyun's dad for the way he turned out. Violence was the only thing he was thought from his upbringing and the dad can't expect the brother to discipline Jihyun after he messed him to the point he became so obsessed when someone genuinely cared about him. That being said, had he received the proper help, he might've turned out different and that incident of him beating up Chiwoo and almost r-wording him wouldn't have taken place. He wouldnt have been so messed up. The decision for Chiwoo to walk away from him is difficult as he** because Jihyun was his best friend and he probably also liked him back. And this is something a lot might disagree with me in but again, this is my opinion....aside from the history between them there is more chemistry between Chiwoo and Jihyun than between Chiwoo and golden retriever. Even I felt uncomfortable and second hand embarrassment whenever he would do something in front of people. No wonder that made Chiwoo uncomfortable.

@Jesse Miller And another thing I've seen throughout this manga are people hating on Jihyun and not trying to understand him just because they've been through the same childhood trauma. I hate to break it to you but not because you went through that and turn out alright or less of a psycho than Jihyun, makes you an expert on the matter or the right to speak for everyone. Just because you reacted and turned out differently, doesn't mean it will be the same for EVERYONE. You are you and I am me. My dad was the same as Jihyun's dad. My sister worked through her trauma while my brother didn't. As a result, no matter how much we tried to guide him that unresolved anger he had towards my dad held him back from working through all the pain and hurt. It has taken my brother 3 decades to finally try and have a proper conversation with my dad. So please, the next time you guys want to sh** on someone just because you've experienced the same thing or similar, KEEP THIS IN MIND.
@Jesse Miller  how fuc**** long did this take you to write
@Jesse Miller Is there more chemistry between Chiwoo and Jihyun as the victim and her perpetrator or as a person with Stockholm syndrome and their perpetrator?
@Jesse Miller The actions performed by Jihyun and those like him are not justifiable. No matter where they come from, his past should not make him any less responsible than he is. Even in real life, it should be like this: if you are the maker of your own choices, you must be TOTALLY responsible -- personally -- for your actions and not delegate your guilt to others, because it is you who personally act, choosing to take that action. Otherwise, you make the person
unable to understand and take action.
You are so immature in reasoning.
@Abisso oh and you're so mature with your reasoning because you just know everything about every situation similar to this. You should write a book or hold lectures.
@Jesse Miller lol are you for real? You think we care anough to go through abusers, rapist and murderers back stories in real life? They had choices like everyone else. Their past doesn't exempt them. You think I'd feel bad for Ted Bundy & Jeffrey Duhmer?!? Be all the way serious. Evil has consequences and everyone should face them. Sc*** their soppy stories.
@June not you comparing this to serial killers and rapist. Be for real. Those guys were actual monsters and this is a totally different case. If you wanted to comment so bad, at least make some blo*** sense.
