Well ya know what happened on ep 66 so he's in a certain state rn and Li Shou is just waiting until Cheng xiu healthed sooo it would make sense to not date rn

Read the novel and you will want no one to be with him they are all red flags, current and upcoming characters. I just want chenxiu to live alone with his little dog and be happy without those guys chasing him. They are the reason wjy he is so miserable specially Shao Qun and his family.
