okay here a few common ones i use "i hope you die" "go get hit my a car"  "i hope you get so diseased your di** falls off" "i would agree with you but then we would both be wrong"  "you look like your parents are siblings"

"You're the reason why dads contemplate getting milk." "Your face a mistake-  Then again that's an insult to mistakes since unlike you they are correctable." 
"Among thousands of sperms and all your parent got is a disappointement." "Kick the bucket near a highway at least then they can claim 'accident' money... well it's not like they aren't used to those with your existence standing as a prove."
