 tbh the only problem in this relationship is in haru´s side, since he raised Ren for few months, age gap isn't important as long as the relationship start during an appropriate age, Haru is a little dense when it comes to understand other people's feelings so that's maybe why he doesn't see the "wrong issue" (I personally don't care in theirs), they're like 8 years apart which is honestly not that big and I may shock some people but it's not/wasn't uncommon that someone raises a younger child with the intention to marry them in the end and from my low knowledge about Japan incest (doesn't mean having a child with your bro/sis)isn't uncommon, when you know that during exams some  mothers helps their boys to "relax" in an unusual way then haru an ren's relationship is nothing 

about the mother stuff it's not from my imagination.
