Parents are also as much at fault. The world has always had human predators. It's like wildlife in the concrete jungle. Sometimes the predator is spotted beforehand and kept away before the child is aware. It can sna*** the child but a wide awake parent will get it back before harm is done, and also the time the predator will sna*** and take it away. The biggest problem today are parents who only listen with half an ear or not at all, and cellphones. Young kids get access to all sorts of shït they shouldn't, parents mostly don't care/too tired/don't talk to their kids, etc. Recipe for disaster and getting worse. Predators are opportunistic creatures.

@JustMe me reading this being a minor. But tbh its not my parents fault. My parents r rlly strict, im not even allowed to go to my friends houses or on walks etc.
@JustMe it's so sad how they don't even dare to call the police because of "gossip"
