@Wandering Fallen One he 'returned' to a time where he actually existed, but his body died instead of his sons but time hasn't changed at all. also he possesses his son because he was the actual one to suffer, and it wouldn't make much sense to possesses his wife

@kaze you used the word "returned" like you knew what the definition was but then put "time hasn't changed at all." Like you had no clue what the definition of return was. It would have made more sense if MC regressed or had possessed someone else.
