@percha gil 1stkiss got pirated/taken over several times. Yet they're still around. Guess they'll just take it well by comparison with having their domain name stolen from them more than once. Mangadex and Batoto are like even sturdier : officially closed several times, resurrected more times than I can remember, quite old (experienced) and famous (large fanbase/support). They're used to such. s2manga have the newbie position, so it remains unknown what will become of them for now.

@Anudhriti Maybe they didn't pay enough bribe behind the scene. How do you think colossus such as Firefox in its glorious time could last this long without much trouble ?

@Anudhriti Bribe toward Kakao entertainment ofc. Sorta buying peace but heh : at least that means authors get more retributed this way than by scamlating teams shamelessly asking money without a penny destined to for authors.
