A letter came to Lombardi office from Emperor that if he doesn't agree to marriage then he will impose Golden Order in 3 days as we saw in this chapter. So next day Avinox sent a proposal letter to grandpa but grandpa burnt it because the Lombardi can take pressure of the imperial family but not the Luhmans because they are humble people so save them Rularc said he would ignore this proposal. Next he called the heads of all the important vassal family and told them when the imperial family issues Golden Order at that time all the vassal members should withdraw all the business done by the Lombardi and also those small merchants who are affiliated with Lombardi (this was a very cool move. Not gonna lie). Because grandpa wanted the emperor to know it's him who controls the flow of all the business in the capital 😂

Three days later, Golden Order was imposed and all the business was withdrawn and within a day everyone was screaming infront of the palace 😭 and on the other side this bi*** Seral emotionally blackmails our Laranne that it's all because of her that Lombardi has taken this step and all. Then another piece of sh** called Belesac says if only Laranne can sacrifice herself then everyone will be happy (I was like the fu** are you talking piece of trash) and here Laranne realised what Tia said that her family will never acknowledge her sacrifice and she should stop sacrificing herself for the trash family.

So Laranne says she agrees to the marriage but she needs few days to forget about Avinox so she wants to be left alone. So later she puts red flower's pot on her window to give a signal that she is ready to run away.

I like to post spoilers for the stories I find interesting because I don't have much time to read novel due to busy schedule you will find me in most romantic historical manhwa comment sections

So after seeing those red flowers Tia goes straight to grandpa's office and tells him that she plans to help Laranne escape from here so grandpa says what are you saying I don't know what you are talking about (means grandpa gave permission 😭) and continues his work.

So at night Tia calls Perez to her to Laranne's window and tells him that he needs to bring her down as well and after meeting Laranne she says she is ready to start a new life and after coming down the twins bring two horses for Laranne, Tia and Perez. Tia and Perez share a horse and Laranne uses another and they leave the gates which are opened deliberately.

So after reaching their destination that is the plains, where Avinox is waiting with a carriage for Laranne, they hug each other. Then Tia gives them two boarding passes for cruise tour and tells them to leave for Cheshire using eastern cruise ship and their Tia's father is waiting for them and he knows everything (Daddy is the best).

Tia says go to east and live a happy life and forget about Lombardi slowly and if you have any problem write me a letter. And when the wedding date is set send a letter to Pellet company and I will make sure you have the grandest wedding and here Laranne realises that Tia owns Pellet company and she hugs and cries in her arms. And Laranne tells Perez to take care of Tia and Perez nods his head while Tia says what are you saying Laranne and Perez why the heck are you nodding your head.

So after Laranne leaves with Avinox. In the empress palace the emperor barges and tells the empress that lord Lombardi has stopped all the supplies entering the capital and everything has stopped now what she will do to resolve this method. The palace empress insists that the imperial family should make a law that only the eldest child can inherit the throne. That way Viese can inherit Lombardi and Astana can marry Laranne when she is found 🙄

In the next aristocrat meeting which is held tomorrow you can propose the law and since grandpa doesn't want Viese as his successor then under pressure he will have to agree with the marriage of Astana and Laranne. At the Pellet company Clerivan was so shocked by the intel of Bate and thought that now the Lombardi clan has no way to accept the marriage 😭

So to prevent this bill from passing Tia had to play a drastic move which she kept as a backup and was planning to meet Perez but to her surprise he was about to knock on her door 😅 so when they were seated she asked do you know about the succession law for eldest son, Perez nodded with a stiff face and said this time empress really used her brain.

Because if it is approved at the noble council, it will take effectimmediately for the nobles. Then Lombardi will fall in the hands of Viese.Perez seemed to be worried about her first when he heard the news about the law. The only one who knew about her goal of becoming the Matriarch. Of course this law issued by the Empress, is not aimed at her but at best it was an attempt to tie grandfather’s hands and feet.

She can put Viese as the next Lord or she can match Laranne with Astana. The Empress was trying to make her grandfather choose between the two. "Once it has been proposed to the nobility meeting, it will affect the throne as well. This law is also aimed at you, Perez." Tia said to him. In other words it is not the time to care about others. But Perez said with a slightly expressionless face. "Fortunately, it’s just me and Astana who are His Majesty’s sons." And "There is also a way for me to become the firstborn and the only son." (We know what he meant by that 😏) That is, getting rid of Astana.

Basically it is a place where the majority vote is the rule and the most influential person in the nobility society without her grandfather's presence the actual person with power was the Lord of Angenas, Duigi. Perhaps by now he was meeting with other nobles for tomorrow’s vote and persuading them. The most effective way is money. “In this situation where I don’t know when my grandfather’s Golden Order will be lifted, the families that usually followed Lombardi will have no choice but to be wary of Angenas.” she explained and also that she has to send her grandfather to the nobility council somehow but for that she needed the help of Perez.

So she asks him remember you said I can use you as I want so let's just use each other. In the palace of empress Viese and his wife told the queen that Laranne ran from home and she just laughed because she was shocked. Then she said let's wait for sometime because Viese is going to inherit Lombardi and she can also make sure that Laranne and Astana can marry later.
