I know he had issues growing up. But he's condemning the same future to his partners, one without affection. He's just being cruel and selfish.

@LukaMisori I agree and disagree. I do think he's selfish but I don't believe he's being "cruel" he's not intentionally trying to hurt his partners. And with that being said he's not very aware of the fact that he's putting them in the same shoes he was in when he was little. The way he sees it is that he's "correcting" his past "mistakes and "saving" them from being hurt. But in the end he only does end up hurting them. Despite his intentions and him actually trying not to hurt them. Hurt people hurt people! Sometimes you hurt the ones you try your very best not to
